You need a polyphonic capable handset be able to use the mobile internet on your phone for you to be able to download your ringtone from us. If you do not have mobile internet on your phone you will not be able to download your ringtone from us.
Mobile internet may also be known as WAP or GPRS and may incur a charge. We are not responsible for this charge.
We will not send the ringtone to your phone, we will send you a link which you will need to visit on the mobile internet where you can download the tone yourself. Please ask your network operator for more information on WAP or GPRS.
ORDER INFO
Pay Pal orders: We will email you the link that you need to visit on your mobile phone and send it by SMS.
Premium Rate orders: Stay on the line till the call is disconnected by us. We will then send you the link in a text message.
Reverse Billed SMS orders: You must have enough credit on your phone, be in range and your phone must be turned on. We will text you the link.
REFUNDS POLICY
1) We have a no refunds policy. You ae advised on the website to visit our WAP site at www.web2txt.co.uk/wap to download, play and save the range of free polyphonic ringtones on offer there. This is to test both your handset and operator support our content. If you do not test first and you are using either a non-supported network or cellphone we will not refund your money as we have to pay charges on the sale and do not collect the full revenue charged. If you don not agree do not order. Simple. If you order you agree to this.
2) Where a product is delivered by SMS, up to three attempts will be made to deliver the SMS at intervals of not less than 24 hours during which your handset should remain turned on in an area of good signal.
3) Where a product is delivered as a link to a WAP download, it is necessary for your handset to have the correct configuration for establishing a WAP session. Refunds will not be given for inability to download due to incorrect WAP configuration. If it is not possible to deliver the information (URL link) required to download the product via SMS, an alternative method such as email may be used.
4) Refunds will not be given for products that are incompatible with your make or model of handset and the compatibility chart should be checked prior to placing an order.
5) Our customer support team will make all reasonable attempts to deliver the product that has been ordered if we have received sufficient information in order to be able to resolve a particular problem.
6) In such cases where a download can not take place we are not liable for any costs, damages or refunds.
